Shipping policy

1. The Cloth Mama offers Shipping to Canada and the United States. Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and depend on the size and weight of the package. These fees are shown on the Shipping page during the checkout process. Customers will be emailed tracking information in regard to their order once it has shipped. 

2. For custom made products, the average processing time is 10 days, depending on the order amount. For bulk orders, it will take 2-4 weeks for your orders to be made plus the shipping times.

If the processing time may take longer than 10 business days, you will be notified by email of the anticipated date of completion. 

**Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. There is no control over shipping time, but, in most cases, customers receive their order within 5-7 business days of it being shipped. You will receive an email once your order has shipped which includes the shipment tracking number. 

3. For products that are available on hand and are ready to ship, processing time is 1-2 days plus the shipping time.

4. For products coming from US and China, Shipping times will take longer. Most of these products are under Free Shipping Option where orders are processed and shipped within 15-30 Days. This time frame is not guaranteed as there is no control over shipping times.
